All CJ's Tire & Automotive car care services come with complimentary Roadside Assistance coverage. Coverage begins on the date identified on your most recent CJ's Tire & Automotive invoice and continues for 365 days.

If you need roadside assistance, call any local towing or roadside assistance company to receive service. Afterward, CJ's Tire & Automotive will reimburse you up to $150 annually for any Covered Services. To file a request for reimbursement, you must submit the required information within sixty (60) days of the disablement (to see full requirements click on Terms & Conditions below)

Covered Services

1. Towing of disabled covered vehicle.
2. Lock-Out Assistance - unlocking the Covered Vehicle
3. Flat Tire Assistance
4. Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
5. Battery Jump-Start

Service Limits & Requirements

Coverage will be specific to the vehicle identified on the invoice (the "Covered Vehicle"). Service is limited to the Covered Vehicle and will be provided to the vehicle owner, spouse, and/or dependent children when driving the Covered Vehicle. The driver of the Covered Vehicle must be with the Covered Vehicle when the Service Provider arrives, as roadside assistance cannot be provided to an unattended vehicle. Benefit Limit: The Program benefit is subject to a cap on reimbursable services per Coverage Period per Covered Vehicle. The maximum reimbursement amount during any Coverage Period will not exceed one hundred fifty ($150.00) dollars per Covered Vehicle (referred to as the "Benefit Limit"). Upon receipt of your complete reimbursement request, you will be reimbursed for covered services up to the Benefit Limit. The Program benefits commence on the date specified on your invoice from the participating authorized service facility and extend for 365 days.
